Parking with a capacity for 2 300 vehicle spaces (> 100 000 m) and all engineering equipment required for the parking and for the Central Core of the Moscow Business Centre.
In 1997 the Moscow city administration requested SETED to to complete the assignment, to study the conditions and to design traffic interchanges, access roads and to provide the recommendations (several variants) regarding the power supply, to design the conditions required for a proper and reliable system of power supply.
The reconstruction of car manufacturing plant "Avtoframos-Remosprom" (former plant AZLK producing cars "Moskvich") has been realised with participation of SETEC ING acting as the Client's authorized representative and General designer for development of Preliminary design, Project and Tender documentation stages, and responsible for Author's supervision.
This facility is a multi-modal transfer hub with commercial and office premises, a parking lot, an intercity bus station serving nearby cities, a terminus for Moscow buses and a park-and-ride lot.
Creation on the site of NEVZ, building B52, of an integrated facility housing a production line for manufacturing locomotive parts. SETEC ING fulfils the functions of the General Designer, assures technical and designer on-site supervision and fulfils the functions of Tekhzakazchik.
