• Staruy Gostinnuy Dvor

  SETEC ING, operating as a subcontractor of Ilyinskoye podvorie OJSC, developed the reconstruction design (Design Documentation Stage) for Novotel (hotel operator ACCOR) located in the building of Stary Gostiny Dvor at Ribny pereulok and Varvarka street.

  

• Hotel Hyatt Regency

  Hyatt Regency Sochi is a new five-star ultramodern European hotel belonging to the Hyatt hotel chain. Located right on the coast and in the heart of the main Russian sea resort, the hotel is designed by the French Valode&Pistre under the supervision of SETEC ING LLC acting as the General Designer. The glistening twenty-eight-level tower about 100 m high is a landmark of the luxurious Russian Riviera. Levels 1 to 3 house restaurants, bars, a ball room, conference halls, SPA and fitness, beauty parlours and a swimming pool on the terrace.

  

• Hotel Ibis ACCOR, Stupino, Moscow region.

  Ibis Hotel will be built in the town of Stupino, one of the biggest industrial centres of the Moscow Region. The site borders an area provided for the construction of an orthodox church, which involves a particular responsibility as to the exterior of the hotel. This proximity was the main inspiration for choosing the finishing materials for the facades of the hotel which allowed to create a vertical reflecting surface. Engineering and technical solutions of the building were developed in accordance with the worldwide known ACCOR safety and comfort standards.

  

• Construction of a laboratory building of AO Ortat located at: Kostroma Oblast, Susaninsky District, Severnoye Village, Kharitonovo Microdistrict

  The Ortat pharmaceutical plant, located in the village of Severnoye, is designed to produce finished dosage forms and high-tech packaging. Production projects of more than 10 leading pharmaceutical companies of the world are localized at this enterprise.

  

• Traffic interchange, multilevel underground garage and parking with a shopping center in Tverskaya zastava

  The three underground levels are occupied by anchor stores, luxury boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants and offices. The third level has a car parking, coffee-bars, restaurants and shops.

  

• Reconstruction of Moscow Ring Rail Audit of the feasibility study - Preparation of Business Plan

  The main goal of the project was to prepare a business plan for the reconstruction of the Small Circular Railway in compliance with international standards.

• Grand Palace in Tsaritsino

  Restoration and rehabilitation of the Grand Palace listed as a national historical and cultural monument being a part of Tsaritsyno architectural ensemble. Workshop No 3 of Mosproject-2  was appointed as General Designer; the design documentation for all engineering systems and museum technology at all project stages (i.e. Preliminary Design, Design, Working Design Documentation) were worked out by SETEC ING LLC appointed as contractor. All works on the project were completed in 2006.

  

• Building core of Moscow International Business Center «Moscow-City»

  Parking with a capacity for 2 300 vehicle spaces (> 100 000 m) and all engineering equipment required for the parking and for the Central Core of the Moscow Business Centre.

  

• Tower 2000

  Construction of a 34-storey administrative tower with a business center and panoramic restaurant. Total: 60.000 m².
