General design of the engineering sections:

• Surveying and developing of the General Execution program
• Development of the Preliminary concept
• Development of the stage “Project” and “Working documentation”
   

Main characteristics:

Reconstruction of the building housing stage scenery and decorations of the State Academic Mariinsky Theatre after the fire of 2003 and adaptation of the building for a new concert hall

Total surface area is 7700 m2

Seating capacity of the concert hall is 1 150 seats
