Main characteristics

Capacity: 840 seats. Layout of the seats: 765 (fixed) spectator seats and 75 (portable) seats for musicians in the orchestra pit. Type of the auditorium: multi-tire auditorium. Dimensions of the auditorium: circa 40m х 23 m. The adjustable stage can be used as a five-tier orchestra stage. Capacity of the orchestra pit: 125 musicians maximum.

Brief Description, Design Solutions and Challenges

Special configuration of the auditorium: perfect visibility, proximity of the spectator seats to the scene and to the orchestra pit. Possibility to use the flat stage for performances. Movable and adjustable orchestra pit. In its uppermost position the orchestra pit can be transformed into the forestage with spectator rows (75 seats in total).

Acoustics: crystal-clear high quality-sound. Possibility to adapt acoustics both for classic and contemporary music. Possibility to amplify sound for different musical genres. Lighting equipment is installed on the gridirons above the false ceiling and in the side galleries. Separate control room for managing the lighting, sound and record equipment. Possibility of projecting video images and showing various videos.
