• Staruy Gostinnuy Dvor

  SETEC ING, operating as a subcontractor of Ilyinskoye podvorie OJSC, developed the reconstruction design (Design Documentation Stage) for Novotel (hotel operator ACCOR) located in the building of Stary Gostiny Dvor at Ribny pereulok and Varvarka street.

  

• Hotel Hyatt Regency

  Hyatt Regency Sochi is a new five-star ultramodern European hotel belonging to the Hyatt hotel chain. Located right on the coast and in the heart of the main Russian sea resort, the hotel is designed by the French Valode&Pistre under the supervision of SETEC ING LLC acting as the General Designer. The glistening twenty-eight-level tower about 100 m high is a landmark of the luxurious Russian Riviera. Levels 1 to 3 house restaurants, bars, a ball room, conference halls, SPA and fitness, beauty parlours and a swimming pool on the terrace.

  

• Hotel Ibis ACCOR, Stupino, Moscow region.

  Ibis Hotel will be built in the town of Stupino, one of the biggest industrial centres of the Moscow Region. The site borders an area provided for the construction of an orthodox church, which involves a particular responsibility as to the exterior of the hotel. This proximity was the main inspiration for choosing the finishing materials for the facades of the hotel which allowed to create a vertical reflecting surface. Engineering and technical solutions of the building were developed in accordance with the worldwide known ACCOR safety and comfort standards.

  

• Complex “Federatcia”. Tower B “Zapad”

  SETEC ING LLC, acting as the contractor of Bouygues Bâtiment International, designed all the internal engineering systems for the VIP area of Hayatt Hotel with the total surface of 5,500 sq m located at the Federatcia Tower of the Moscow City Business Centre (Working Design Documentation Stage).

  

• Health resort SOUTH SEASIDE 5*

  SOUTH SEASIDE 5* wellness complex with residential buildings located in Agoy village, Tuapse Region, Kransodarsky Kray.

  

• Hotel (Apart-hotel) Marriot Yaroslavl

  On the west the hotel is situated on the edge with a park. On the north the hotel faces the Ilinsko-Tihonovskaya church and a park, on the south it neighbours the House of the Metropolitan (Metropolichiy palati). On the north the site offers a stunning view to the Volga and the embankment, and joints the site of the "Prichta house". The site is situated on the territory of the Rubleni gorod, an architectural heritage of the city. Earlier St. John Chrysostom church and the residential house "Dom Lytovih" were located on this site. Nowadays there are no constructions on the site; the archaeological investigations are in progress.

  

• Ibis hotel in Kakiningrad

  A three-star hotel Ibis Kaliningrad is located in a historical part of Kaliningrad near the Cathedral and Rybnaya village district. An exposition center Baltic Expo is situated 300 meters from the hotel. The hotel counts 167 rooms, a conference hall for events for 60-70 participants, meeting rooms. 

  

• Hyatt Regency Moscow Istra Resort

  Hyatt Regency Moscow IstraResort, which will be situated on the cost of IstraReservoir, is scheduled to be opened in 2017.

  Total area 44,000 m2.

  260 rooms.

  Underground parking lot for 200 parking stalls.

  SPA, restaurants, fitness facilities and conference hall with a ball room 3,760 square meters in area.
