Development of design documentation at the following stages:

• Planning design,
• Design documentation
• Tender documentation
• Working documentation.

For the following on-site utilities:

• gas transmission networks from the block-type gas control unit to the gas boiler house
• household sewage system lines, including treatment facilities
• storm-water drainage line
• External fire main
• electric supply lines from transforming substation
• telephone conduit.

Description, Design Solutions and Challenges:

Design documentation is developed with consideration of issued Connection specifications, in compliance with requirements of up-to-date regulatory documents of the Russian Federation in the field of design and construction, and also with due regard to Requirements and Standards of the hotel operator Hyatt.
