The three underground levels are occupied by anchor stores, luxury boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants and offices. The third level has a car parking, coffee-bars, restaurants and shops.
Parking with a capacity for 2 300 vehicle spaces (> 100 000 m) and all engineering equipment required for the parking and for the Central Core of the Moscow Business Centre.
In 1997 the Moscow city administration requested SETED to to complete the assignment, to study the conditions and to design traffic interchanges, access roads and to provide the recommendations (several variants) regarding the power supply, to design the conditions required for a proper and reliable system of power supply.
