• PLANT FOR MANUFACTURING OF THE ELECTRIC TRAIN KEY COMPONENTS , NOVOCHERKASSK

  The new line for the production of the electric train key components was createdon the basis of the Novocherkassk Electric Locomotive Plant, building B52, in Rostov Region. OOOSETEC INGacted as General Designer and technical customer (tekhzakazchik) and assured on-site designer and technical supervision.

  

• RENOVATION OF THE GRAND HALL OF THE HOUSE OF GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, MOSCOW

  3Drendering of the auditorium which consists in developing three variants of the Grand Hall interior, each from two viewpoints.

  

• Yakutsk Philharmonic Hall

  Capacity: 840 seats. Layout of the seats: 765 (fixed) spectator seats and 75 (portable) seats for musicians in the orchestra pit. Type of the auditorium: multi-tire auditorium. Dimensions of the auditorium: circa 40m х 23 m. The adjustable stage can be used as a five-tier orchestra stage. Capacity of the orchestra pit: 125 musicians maximum.

  

• Hyatt Regency Moscow Istra Resort

  Hyatt Regency Moscow IstraResort, which will be situated on the cost of IstraReservoir, is scheduled to be opened in 2017.

  Total area 44,000 m2.

  260 rooms.

  Underground parking lot for 200 parking stalls.

  SPA, restaurants, fitness facilities and conference hall with a ball room 3,760 square meters in area.

  

• Expansion of the Yaroslavl plant of finished dosage forms and biotechnological substances

  The Yaroslavl plant of final dosage forms and biotechnological substances is a multifunctional site, the center of R-Pharm'sproduction and logistics operations in Russia. It produces different medicines, some of them under license agreements with the world's leading pharmaceutical companies.

  

• Greenfield plant for blood plasma fractionation located in skopin district (ryazan oblast)

  New pharmaceutical facility located in Ryazan Oblast on a land plot of approximately 22 ha, with a total building area of 32 000 m², consisting of a production building with fractionation, purification and filling areas, classified clean rooms of A, B, C, D grades, air filtration and environmental monitoring in accordance with the sterile production requirements, a warehouse for storage of plasma, laboratories, an administrative building as well as auxiliary and utilities buildings.

  

• Reconstruction of Building 22 B4 with installation of soft gelatin capsules production area located on the existing site of Phs-Leksredstva JSC IN Kursk

  Pharmstandard manufactures medicines of various pharmacotherapeutic groups, including those for treatments of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus, growth hormone deficiency, gastroenterological and infectious diseases, neurological disorders, metabolic disorders, oncology and a variety of other diseases.

  Production facility with an area of 91,000 m2

  

• Remodeling of the production building of Petro tobacco factory IN SAINT PETERSBURG

  The existing building AC is part of the production site.

  

• IX CELLERATE Moscow south design data processing center

  The data center is located on the IXcellerate Moscow South campus, with an area of more than 14 hectares, on which several large data processing centers will be built within a few years. Their total design power capacity will be 247 MW, and the machine rooms will be able to accommodate over 17,000 racks.
